The price ranges are not cumulative. The rate of our fees applies to business sales in freehold sale, i.e. "Premises and Business assets" in the form of assets sales and/or by transfer of shares, as well as sales of "Business assets" alone in the form of assets sales and/or by transfer of shares. The rate applies to the range of the price of the property taken in its totality and at enterprise value. The rate applies to the total calculated value of the assets, regardless of the final unit price of the shares sold.
In France, the VAT rate applied on our fees is currently 20%, and varies depending the country in which the property is located. In all cases, the prices in our advertisements are all FAI (Agency Fees Included) and VAT included. Fees may exceptionally be negotiated upwards for certain properties that justifiy it (particularly rare properties).
