These General Terms of Use (hereinafter "GTU") apply to the GRAVITAO website accessible at the URL https://www.gravitao.com/, (hereinafter the« Website »), published by the company NOW-W, a simplified joint-stock company, registered with the Bordeaux Trade and Companies Register under number 892 137 738, whose registered office is located at 26T Allée de Campes, 33470 GUJAN-MESTRAS, (hereinafter « NOW-W »)

Application of these terms. These GTU set out the conditions of use of the Website applicable to all users of the Website (hereinafter« you » or « user »). By using the Website, the user acknowledges having read these GTU and accepting them without reservation.

It is possible to filter your search, in particular based on the type of property (campsites or hotels), the desired locations, the personal contribution you wish to make, new listings, and listings whose price has been reduced.

You have the option to add properties to your selection using the « Add to my selection »feature..

When you wish to obtain information about a property, you have the option to send a message to the NOW-W agent responsible for that property. 3. YOUR TRUST IN THE CONTENT OF THE WEBSITE

NOW-W strives to provide information on the Website that is as accurate as possible. However, the Website may contain omissions, inaccuracies, and shortcomings in the updating of information.

Furthermore, NOW-W is not responsible for content published by third parties on the Website, such as user reviews. Changes to these Terms. NOW-W may revise these Terms of Use at any time and without prior notice. Such changes become effective as soon as they are published on the Site.

NOW-W therefore recommends that users review these terms regularly.

Assignment and Transfer. NOW-W may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these terms to a third party at its discretion. In this context, NOW-W will make reasonable efforts to inform you if this occurs.

Independence. If any provision of the Terms of Use is declared null and void or unenforceable under any applicable legislative or regulatory provision and/or any court decision having the authority of res judicata, it shall be deemed unwritten and shall not result in the nullity of the other provisions.

Waiver. The fact that NOW-W does not invoke any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions against the user shall not be construed as a waiver of its right to rely on them at a later time.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law. These Terms of Use are governed by French law to the exclusion of any foreign law (unless mandatory provisions are applicable). The French courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising out of these terms.
