The owners have invested heavily in recent years to upgrade this campsite. They have redone the roads, built a large 300-square-meter technical building, finished the construction of a second swimming pool, installed all the private space with employee accommodation (3 bedrooms, private space with jacuzzi and swimming pool), and so on... The campsite consists of a recent rental park of over 45 accommodation units, and the rest of the sites are fully stabilized to accommodate motorhomes. Outside, a 7-space parking area has been set up to accommodate motorhomes wishing to simply make a stop for the night.
An important point for development is that a 2,000 m² plot, currently unexploited but classified, would allow for future development of the number of sites.
Employee accommodation is a CISTEBOIS of 120 m².
The last turnover communicated by the owners is about 700,000 euros excluding taxes.
