The hotel has 66 rooms and a hotel licence for 135 beds, divided into triple, double and single rooms. All the rooms were renovated in 2020 and have all the standard equipment: reversible air conditioning, double-glazed windows, TV, bathroom and a terrace with a view of the sea or the mountains, the swimming pool or a wooded park.
On the ground floor, the hotel has a dining room and cafeteria and a mini-kitchen for breakfast, a reception and lobby lounge, a large terrace overlooking the street. An outdoor swimming pool and solarium.
From the 1st to the 4th floor there are administrative offices and rooms from 15 m2 to 23 m2. The roof terrace includes a laundry, the machinery for the two lifts (customers and service) and a large area ideal for a future bar and roof-top terrace with 360° sea and mountain views.
The establishment also has a huge basement with frontage onto a park where there is a large room dedicated entirely to cyclists with parking spaces, a bike wash, a maintenance workshop and surveillance camera, as well as a large professional kitchen and a huge dining room and bar (space not currently used).
